Returns & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the limited nature of our releases and the size of our business, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. (However, this is something we wish to introduce at a later stage.)
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping courier directly to file a claim.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
